Single ball breathing trainer

The single-ball breathing trainer is a rehabilitation aid designed to help adults and children train their lung function. Through repeated inhalation exercises, it enhances lung expansion, improves respiratory muscle strength, and promotes respiratory health. It is suitable for daily rehabilitation training for those recovering from surgery, suffering from asthma, chronic bronchitis, those bedridden for extended periods, or those with diminished respiratory function. It can be used in both home and hospital settings. Proper use can significantly improve the user's quality of life and respiratory health.

Single-ball breathing trainer, for adults and children | pulmonary function trainer | lung capacity rehabilitation exerciser.

The single-ball breathing trainer utilizes a resistance-based training principle. When the user inhales through the mouthpiece, they must overcome a specific resistance within the ball to raise it.

This resistance training strengthens the strength and endurance of key respiratory muscles, such as the diaphragm and intercostal muscles, similar to weight training for the respiratory system.

Compared to the three-ball breathing trainer, the single-ball design is simpler and more intuitive, making it more suitable for beginners and children.
